If a rating of 6 stars were possible, I would gladly award it. Our recent acquisition of a luxurious villa in Altea presented numerous complexities due to challenges on the seller's end. Joyce demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication by going above and beyond to ensure that all hurdles were overcome seamlessly. With extensive experience in real estate transactions, I can confidently say that the support provided by Joyce and Annick surpassed any previous experiences we have had in purchasing properties. Both individuals exemplify a proactive and solution-oriented approach, consistently delivering results with a positive attitude. Despite facing logistical barriers such as a significant time zone difference spanning 6 hours, their efficiency and effectiveness remained unwavering throughout the entire process.
